About the role
Join Four Seasons’ luxury resort in Mauritius as a Banquet Server, delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a stunning lagoon‑side setting. You will be part of a dedicated team that creates memorable dining experiences while upholding the brand’s high standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and serve guests promptly.
- Prepare mise‑en‑place, set up and clear tables, and maintain a clean work area.
- Promote hotel services and products, acting as a host/hostess in the dining area.
- Assist colleagues during busy periods and participate actively in briefings and meetings.
- Adhere to grooming, hygiene, and code‑of‑conduct standards.
- Perform any other duties as required by supervisors.
Required profile
- Demonstrates a high degree of standards awareness and teamwork.
- Displays warmth, genuine enthusiasm, and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Willingness to work hands‑on, assist peers, and maintain a safe environment.
- Attends all scheduled training sessions and follows briefings.
