Bilingual Spanish Customer Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Spanish Customer Advisor to join our Learning Consultant team. You will be the main point of contact for learners, helping them navigate their language training and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of goFLUENT products and services and explain them to new learners.
• Respond to learner inquiries via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Proactively reach out to learners to encourage use of available resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal procedures and enhance response quality.

Required profile

• Native‑level or near‑native Spanish speaking ability (both written and oral).
• At least 1 year of proven experience in customer service or support.
• Strong empathy, excellent communication skills and the ability to handle complex conversations.
• Organised, adaptable, autonomous and responsive.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Google Docs.
• Familiarity with Open Office.
