About the role

The Customer Support Senior Associate executes day‑to‑day service tasks, handling inbound sales and customer communications while ensuring high satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

  • Log customer interactions, escalate unresolved issues, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Process orders from initiation to invoicing, manage delivery, billing, and EDI blocks, and handle order cancellations and releases.
  • Provide product recommendations, respond to price enquiries, and coordinate with sales, suppliers, and outside sales force.
  • Identify process‑improvement opportunities, make recommendations, and support training or analyst tasks as assigned.

Required profile

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to use multiple complex systems and programs.
  • Proactive communication skills to interact with customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
  • Accountability to performance metrics such as schedule adherence, productivity, and quality standards.
  • Ability to make decisions based on policies and seek guidance when necessary.
