Brand Ambassador

About the role

The Brand Ambassador will promote our digital channels and financial products, helping to increase customer awareness and drive growth. You will engage directly with potential customers, showcase the value of our mobile app and digital platforms, and support sales initiatives through professional interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to sales targets and overall customer growth objectives.
• Represent the organisation positively and promote the mobile app and digital channels.
• Address customer queries, identify solutions, and provide up‑to‑date product information.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and developments in lending and payments.
• Use customer service tools and CRM systems to guide customers across the product range.
• Prepare reports on customer engagement and growth activities using data.
• Participate in roadshows, promotional campaigns, and on‑site activities.
• Deliver clear product presentations and demonstrate app features.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus.
• At least one year of sales experience in a bank or non‑bank financial institution, with exposure to digital journeys or mobile applications.
• Good understanding of lending and payment products in the financial services sector.
• Results‑oriented, self‑motivated, able to work independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience using digital sales, marketing and customer engagement tools, including CRM systems.
