About the role
Emtel is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead enterprise accounts in Mauritius. You will act as a trusted advisor to key clients, guiding them through connectivity and digital transformation initiatives while driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
- Develop strong relationships, identify new opportunities, and negotiate long‑term deals.
- Forecast sales, maintain pipeline health, and achieve quarterly targets.
- Drive upsells, cross‑sell, and contract renewals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape competitive market offers.
Required profile
- Minimum HSC or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in telecom, ICT or technology.
- Proven track record of revenue growth and key account retention.
