About the role
The Confederation of International Talents (CIT) is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Specialist to drive client acquisition and promote its hospitality and management programmes across local and international markets. The role combines sales, lead generation and creative marketing to expand CIT’s reach and strengthen partner relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, target and secure new business opportunities and clients in both domestic and overseas markets.
- Conduct market research to uncover growth sectors and emerging trends.
- Execute outbound sales activities such as cold calling, emailing and professional networking.
- Pitch CIT’s services and qualifications, tailoring presentations for diverse audiences.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation, closing and client onboarding.
- Design and launch marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate inbound leads.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international and local partners, maintaining long‑term relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, marketing or international business development.
- Strong analytical thinking and market‑research capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort working across different time zones and cultures.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Effective negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
