Childcare Coordinator – Club Med Resorts

About the role

As a Childcare Coordinator for Club Med Resorts, you will lead the Mini Club experience for children aged 4 to 17, creating memorable moments while ensuring safety and enjoyment across a range of sports, creative workshops, and entertainment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and build confidence with children, taking charge of groups aged 4‑17.
• Accompany and supervise children during sporting and creative activities throughout the resort.
• Organise and run games, workshops, fairs and shows, ensuring smooth execution.
• Maintain children’s safety within the Mini Club environment and while moving around the resort.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med health and safety rules and protect resort property.
