Senior Capability Development Analyst

About the role

The Senior Capability Development Analyst works closely with operational teams, subject matter experts and key stakeholders to build capability across the business. You will design, deliver and continuously improve learning and development initiatives that drive operational excellence. The role supports performance, quality and client outcomes through targeted training and coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain operational training materials, learning pathways and procedural documentation aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver classroom, virtual and on‑the‑job training programmes for new and existing employees.
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, quality reviews and performance outcomes, recommending coaching or retraining where required.
• Analyse quality assurance findings, operational issues and compliance trends to identify capability gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions, quality circles and best‑practice forums to encourage collaboration and continuous learning.
• Provide one‑to‑one and team coaching to reinforce standards, behaviours and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance or a related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience within a Management Company, Client Service Delivery, Shared Services or Financial Services environment.
• Strong understanding of financial services operations, global business environments and AML/CFT requirements.
• Proven experience in operational training, coaching, quality assurance or capability development roles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
