About the role
Cyberskills IT Training Institution is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Microsoft Certified Trainer in Port Louis. You will design and deliver instructor‑led Microsoft courses to diverse learners, helping them achieve certification.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare training materials, labs and assessments aligned with Microsoft curricula.
- Deliver engaging instructor‑led sessions on Windows, SharePoint and cloud solutions.
- Assess learner progress, provide mentorship and maintain accurate attendance and feedback records.
- Update course content to reflect the latest Microsoft releases and collaborate with the training team to improve program quality.
Required profile
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft‑focused training and teaching.
- Hands‑on experience with SharePoint configuration, administration or end‑user training.
- Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and related support tasks.
- Practical understanding of Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud technologies.
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential or eligibility to obtain it within a defined timeframe.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
