Childcare Coordinator (M/W) – Resorts Mauritius or overseas

About the role

Join Club Med’s Mini Club team as a Childcare Coordinator, responsible for creating memorable experiences for children aged 4 to 17 at resorts in Mauritius or other locations worldwide. You will work in a multicultural environment, supporting families and ensuring children enjoy a safe, fun, and educational vacation.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and build confidence with children, taking charge of groups aged 4‑17.
• Accompany and supervise children during sporting, creative, and discovery activities.
• Organise and run games, workshops, fairs, and shows.
• Ensure children’s safety within the Mini Club structure and throughout the resort.
• Maintain compliance with Club Med health and safety rules and protect resort property.
