Client Onboarding Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Client Onboarding Officer to join our global team at Ocorian. The role involves managing the end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding of corporate and private clients, ensuring compliance and a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review due‑diligence documents and coordinate with clients to collect required information.
• Assist clients in completing forms, questionnaires, and business plans, escalating to senior colleagues when needed.
• Prepare and circulate Client Engagement Agreements and service agreements for onboarding.
• Ensure timely and compliant onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including client creation, billing, and invoice verification.
• Maintain accurate records in iManage and complete hand‑over checklists for internal teams.
• Submit applications on the Registrar of Companies platform and the Financial Services platform, ensuring all fields are correctly completed.
• Meet defined timelines for off‑boarding, preparing complete winding‑up packs and CC applications.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proactive communication skills for liaising with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with willingness to seek guidance from senior team members.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in client onboarding.
