Concierge – Luxury Resort Guest Services

About the role

The Concierge at One&Only Le Saint Géran delivers personalized guest experiences in a luxury resort setting. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing information, arranging services, and ensuring every stay is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests, answer telephone calls and emails following hotel SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the concierge work area and attend daily line‑up briefings.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, lost luggage, and provide timely updates on flight schedules.
• Coordinate transportation, contact ground handlers, and assist with online check‑in.
• Provide detailed information on facilities, tours, attractions and promote upselling opportunities.
• Prepare confirmations, issue tickets, bookings, and reservations for guests.
• Supervise bellmen, doormen and drivers, and maintain daily logbooks and checklists.
• Maintain accurate records of lockers/safes and support training of subordinate staff.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize guest needs and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Leadership capability to supervise and train junior team members.
