About the role
As a Coordinator in the Disputes Resolution team at Checkout.com, you will gain hands‑on experience handling chargebacks and supporting merchants. Working closely with senior analysts, you will learn the fundamentals of dispute management and contribute to improving our processes in a fast‑moving fintech environment.
Key responsibilities
- Learn and apply chargeback handling procedures, card‑scheme rules, and internal processes under senior guidance.
- Assist in processing dispute cases in line with established guidelines.
- Communicate case statuses to internal teams and escalate complex issues as required.
- Compile data for basic reports and tracking requests.
- Support merchant experience by helping resolve disputes efficiently.
- Identify workflow improvement opportunities and contribute to team efficiency.
