About the role
Cap Tamarin is seeking a Customer Experience Assistant to ensure a smooth client journey for its mixed‑use real estate development on Mauritius’s west coast. You will act as the primary liaison between buyers and internal teams, guiding customers from reservation through handover.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client follow‑up throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Coordinate activities of sales, legal, finance, and construction teams.
- Track reservations, contracts, and CRM data to maintain accurate records.
- Organise site visits, meetings and snagging inspections.
- Support variation requests and maintain clear client communications.
- Assist in closing procedures and handover processes.
- Ensure CRM reporting accuracy and timely updates.
Required profile
- Experience in real‑estate environments, CRM support, and coordination.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Familiarity with Mauritian property schemes (PDS, IRS, RES, Smart City) is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
