Data Marketeer – Marketing Data Analyst

About the role

Protime, a European provider of HR software solutions, is looking for a Data Marketeer to join its growing international team. You will be responsible for building high‑quality marketing and sales data lists, analysing raw data, and turning insights into actionable recommendations that optimise campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate marketing and sales data lists using internal systems and online research.
• Conduct data analytics to transform raw data into insights that improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to embed data‑driven decision‑making.
• Identify trends, spot gaps, and propose data‑based improvements on a daily basis.
• Utilise tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, Power BI and Google Analytics to support data activities.

Required profile

• Experience in data management and analytics, preferably within a marketing or sales context.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical mindset and ability to turn numbers into actionable stories.
• Team spirit, curiosity and autonomy.
• Fluent English; French or other European languages are a strong plus.
