Data Migration & Integration Specialist

About the role

Our product HRnet is a leading HR information system. As a Data Migration & Integration Specialist you will ensure successful implementations for HR and payroll solutions across the Adriatic region, handling data migration, system configuration, integration support, testing and process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute data migration activities.
• Configure and parameterise HR & payroll solutions.
• Support system integrations and dashboard setup.
• Manage complex imports and data validation.
• Create reports, analyses and process improvements.
• Provide technical and operational support to customers.
• Drive automation and optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience with HRIS, payroll, implementations or data migration projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Comfortable working with large data sets and system configurations.
• Customer‑focused mindset and strong communication skills.
• Experience with integrations, reporting or SaaS environments is a plus.
