Dayforce Implementation Senior Consultant

About the role

The Dayforce Implementation Senior Consultant leads end‑to‑end deployments of the Dayforce HCM platform across HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits and Workforce Management modules. This senior‑level position combines deep functional expertise with strong client‑facing skills to ensure successful implementation, adoption and optimisation for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle Dayforce implementations, from discovery and requirements gathering to go‑live support.
• Configure HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Scheduling and Workforce Management modules to align with client needs and best practices.
• Conduct gap analysis, recommend process improvements and oversee data migration, mapping and validation.
• Develop and execute testing strategies including SIT, UAT, regression and parallel payroll testing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, facilitating workshops, demonstrations and training sessions.
• Provide advisory support on post‑go‑live optimisation and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers to build project plans, manage timelines and coordinate cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Extensive experience implementing Dayforce or comparable HRIS solutions.
• Strong functional knowledge of HR, payroll, time‑keeping and benefits processes.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into system configurations.
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills.
• Senior‑level expertise with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
