Digital Lead – Manage & Grow Digital Department

About the role

CARET Communication is seeking a Digital Lead to head its Digital Department. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, overseeing social media, paid media, website projects, and digital campaigns for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop digital strategies and action plans for client campaigns.
• Manage and supervise social media content calendars.
• Oversee multi‑platform digital campaign rollouts.
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid ads on Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor performance, produce reports with insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate website projects from brief to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Lead, guide, and support a team of digital professionals.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal creative, strategy, and client‑service teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a digital marketing management role, preferably within an agency.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, paid advertising, and campaign management.
• Leadership ability with a collaborative, solution‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred.
