Director, Marketing & Communication

About the role

One&Only Le Saint Géran is seeking a charismatic and accomplished Director of Marketing & Communication to join its Commercial Team. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing strategies that elevate the resort’s ultra‑luxury brand, drive revenue, and enhance the guest experience across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication campaigns across offline, digital, social media, and partnership channels.
• Craft compelling brand narratives that showcase the unique offerings of Le Saint Géran while aligning with the global One&Only brand identity.
• Define and manage campaigns for multiple business verticals, including Private Homes, Food & Beverage, and Wellness.
• Collaborate with the Global Digital Team on website content management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising to generate direct bookings.
• Work with internal stakeholders to embed brand positioning and create brand materials, tools, and templates.
• Monitor industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to recommend proactive strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness.

Required profile

• Senior‑level marketing professional with proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality or comparable premium brands.
• Strategic thinker capable of driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret market data and performance metrics.
