Engineering Services Associate / Analyst – Manufacturing & Quality

About the role

Accenture is seeking an Engineering Services Associate/Analyst to support manufacturing and quality projects for a leading aircraft manufacturer. You will join an international, multifunctional team operating across France, Germany and Mauritius, and contribute to tool configuration, process alignment and data analysis activities.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and deploy specialized engineering tools and software.
• Translate technical manufacturing requirements into functional tool settings.
• Troubleshoot tool‑related issues and ensure data integrity for the engineering team.
• Support project management tasks and perform data analysis as needed.
• Collaborate with global aerospace clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Project Management, Supply Chain or Quality Management.
• Professional fluency in English and French (written and verbal).
• Ability to adapt to shifting project priorities and maintain high attention to detail.

Required skills

• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides).
• Programming/automation: SQL, Python, VBA, AppScript, TypeScript.
• Business intelligence tools: Power BI, QlikSense, Looker Studio.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) or MS Access for database management.
