Executive – Corporate Services

About the role

The Apex Group is seeking an Executive for Corporate Services to join its Mauritius office in Trianon. The role involves maintaining records, operating bank accounts, preparing accounts and tax computations, and ensuring high‑quality client deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper records in line with internal and legal requirements.
• Operate bank accounts, initiate transfers and liaise with banks.
• Prepare accounts, tax computations and coordinate with auditors.
• Issue NAV, contract notes, statements of holdings and liaise with investors and investment managers.
• Review and deliver high‑quality statutory accounts and related disclosures.
• Prepare and file annual returns, APS returns, PAYE, TDS, VAT and Indian tax returns within statutory deadlines.
• Update CDD lists for all companies and handle tax queries from authorities.
• Manage subscriptions, redemptions and share transfers.
• Coordinate the work of team members effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a global business sector or similar environment.
• Degree or substantial progress towards ACA/ACCA qualification.
• Client‑service mindset with strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Organised, goal‑oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
