Facilities Management Officer

About the role

The Facilities Management Officer supports the efficient day‑to‑day operation of our facilities. You will coordinate inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance and projects to keep all buildings, equipment and technical installations safe, functional and well maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out regular facility inspections and ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance work.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment, M&E services and technical installations.
• Respond quickly to maintenance emergencies to minimise operational disruption.
• Assist in planning, monitoring and follow‑up of renovations, refurbishments and other facilities‑related projects.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Support the Facilities Manager with budgeting, utilities monitoring and preparation of facilities reports.
• Help develop preventive‑maintenance schedules, SOPs and control processes for assets and tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including intervention sheets, maintenance requests, drawings, contracts and asset records.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering or a related technical field.
• Previous experience in facilities management, maintenance coordination or quantity surveying is advantageous.
• Good understanding of M&E services, building maintenance and facilities operations.
• Organised, proactive and hands‑on with strong coordination abilities.
