Graphic Design & Learning Content Trainee (Quality Department)

About the role

Join the Quality Department of a luxury resort and support the creation of engaging learning content. As a Graphic Design & Learning Content Trainee you will work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager and the training team to develop visual and video materials that enhance employee knowledge and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create, record, edit and produce training videos.
• Design visually appealing training assets such as presentations, infographics, manuals, posters and digital learning resources.
• Develop and upload training modules on the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Produce product‑knowledge training materials, including PowerPoint decks and PDF guides.
• Assist with internal audits to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Review and proofread digital and printed content, including website copy, menus and guest collateral.
• Support special projects, preparing presentations, reports and communication materials.
• Contribute creative ideas to boost employee engagement, learning experiences and quality awareness.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications or a related field.
• Strong command of written and spoken English with excellent proofreading skills.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Passion for learning, design, quality and continuous improvement.
