Growth Intern

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Intern to join our startup and help expand our driver network across the island. You will work on the ground, engaging directly with taxi and van drivers, as well as potential partner companies.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard taxi and van drivers throughout the island.
• Speak with people, explain the app’s benefits, and convince them to join.
• Cold‑call companies and schedule meetings to present the platform.
• Visit sites in person to demonstrate the application.

Required profile

• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people.
• Proactive and able to take initiative.
• Comfortable handling rejection and moving quickly.
• Own a car for field work.
