Guest Experience Agent

About the role

The Guest Experience Agent delivers personalized, high‑quality service to guests throughout their stay at One&Only Le Saint Géran. Acting as the primary point of contact, the agent ensures every request, preference, and concern is handled promptly and professionally, contributing to the resort’s luxury service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival, create a warm first impression and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Serve as the main contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring timely action and follow‑up.
• Anticipate guest needs, provide personalized service, and conduct courtesy calls during the stay.
• Recognise repeat guests and special occasions, creating memorable moments for birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons, etc.
• Handle guest complaints effectively and ensure swift resolution.
• Gather guest feedback and communicate relevant information to management.
• Coordinate requests with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, Recreation, Engineering and other departments.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences and service records in the property management system.
• Prepare guest correspondence, confirmations and reports as required.
• Follow health, safety and security procedures and maintain guest confidentiality.
