Language Trainer Coach

About the role

goFLUENT is seeking a Language Trainer Coach to mentor and develop its network of language trainers. In this role you will guide trainers to improve their instructional techniques, lesson planning, and assessment capabilities while delivering engaging virtual training sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one coaching and feedback to language trainers to enhance teaching and assessment skills.
• Facilitate interactive online training sessions, manage discussions, answer questions, and encourage active participation.
• Design and administer quizzes and other evaluation tools, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and instructional designers to create multimedia training materials.
• Identify professional development needs and coordinate workshops, webinars, or other learning opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience delivering language training or coaching.
• Strong ability to give constructive feedback and foster trainer growth.

Required skills

• Experience with online training platforms and virtual classroom tools.
• Ability to develop clear, interactive instructional materials.
• Proficiency in assessing learner performance and interpreting data.
