About the role

Polytechnics Mauritius is seeking a part‑time Associate Lecturer to deliver Business Management and Human Resource Management modules to its students. The role involves designing and delivering engaging, practical training that aligns with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

Deliver Business Management and HR modules
Design course content, learning materials and assessments
Use case studies and practical business examples
Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
Utilise digital teaching tools and LMS platforms

Required profile

Minimum undergraduate degree in Business Management, HR Management, Management or related field with at least 7 years relevant experience, OR a Master’s degree with at least 5 years experience
Relevant professional experience in management and/or HR; tertiary teaching experience is an advantage
Portfolio demonstrating practical work, projects and industry experience

Required skills

Sound knowledge of management and HR practices
Strong facilitation, communication and classroom management skills
