Luxury Hospitality Intern – Ultra‑Luxury Hotel

About the role

The internship offers hands‑on experience in an ultra‑luxury hospitality environment. You will rotate through key operational areas such as Culinary, Food & Beverage Service, Front Office, and Housekeeping, gaining insight into daily guest‑focused activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist daily operations across selected departments, supporting staff in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Observe and learn standard operating procedures, brand standards, and service protocols.
• Contribute to guest interactions, ensuring personalized and memorable moments.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct while adhering to health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary, Business or related program.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
