Operational Manager – DSOC (Digital Services Operations Center)

About the role

The Operational Manager for the DSOC at Orange Business will lead daily operational activities, ensure service quality, and act as the main point of contact for customers and global business owners. This role combines people leadership with technical oversight to deliver consistent, sustainable solutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations to meet SLA and KPI targets.
• Lead, motivate and evaluate a team of analysts and specialists.
• Align performance metrics with company objectives and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as the operational liaison for customers, internal partners and external entities.
• Guarantee excellent customer service and quality of service at all times.
• Provide support and guidance to team members in their daily tasks.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong technical background with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Dynamic, flexible and available 24 × 7.
• Proven ability to build relationships at peer and management levels.
• Excellent managerial, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Effective time‑management, organisational and planning abilities.
• Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple tasks.
• Problem‑ownership mindset and decisive communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Solid knowledge of networking concepts and telecommunications.
