Payments Operations Specialist

About the role

The Payments Operations Specialist ensures smooth and secure execution of client payment transactions, focusing on deposits and withdrawals while safeguarding against fraud. You will be a key player in maintaining a trustworthy payment environment for Exness' global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Process client withdrawals, prioritising pending requests.
• Handle customer queries related to deposits and withdrawals via the case management system.
• Identify and resolve transaction processing issues through analysis and troubleshooting.
• Respond to PSP downtime or unscheduled maintenance, including switching providers when necessary.
• Assist PSPs by providing detailed transaction information, error messages and screenshots.
• Serve as the main point of contact for existing PSPs across phone, email and chat.
• Collaborate with internal departments to close payment‑related cases.
• Analyse data to detect irregular client activity and abnormal patterns.
• Gather information to pinpoint system faults and prevent abuse.
• Work with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and payment processes.
• Support a secure, compliant and client‑centric payments operation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field (advantageous).
• 1–3 years of experience in payment operations, financial services or transaction processing.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good organisational and administrative abilities.
• Proactive, communicative team‑player with a pleasant personality.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
