Print & CGI Lead

About the role

The Print & CGI Lead is a capacity‑level leadership position within Publicis Production EMEA Hub. Reporting to senior management, the role oversees and continuously improves print, graphic design, CGI and retouching capabilities across the organisation. Acting as a functional authority and strategic partner, the Lead works closely with department managers, creative teams and clients to ensure alignment with company strategy, creative standards and production excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership and governance for Print, Graphic Design, CGI and Retouching teams, defining and evolving standards, best practices and quality benchmarks.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex, high‑risk or high‑visibility creative deliveries, supporting managers and clients.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, scalability and creative excellence.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and performance evaluation of graphic designers, CGI artists and retouchers; assess competencies and define growth paths.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer from senior creatives and international hubs, embedding best practices and advanced techniques.
• Design and deliver training programmes, onboarding frameworks and knowledge‑sharing initiatives for print and CGI teams.
• Act as a capacity expert for clients, advising on print, CGI and retouching capabilities and guiding the design, implementation and scaling of solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading print, graphic design, CGI or retouching functions within a large, multi‑national organisation.
• Strong client‑facing orientation with ability to ensure quality consistency and operational maturity.
• Excellent governance, coaching and escalation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Track record of building capabilities, defining skill frameworks and delivering training programmes.
