Procurement Category Manager – HR Services

About the role

SD Worx is seeking a Procurement Category Manager for HR Services to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management and commercial optimisation across a €60 million spend portfolio. You will act as a trusted partner to HR leadership, ensuring procurement delivers maximum value while meeting governance and risk requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Perform spend analysis, market research and benchmarking to identify cost‑optimisation opportunities.
• Drive migration of unmanaged spend to governed contracts.
• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing projects (RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, tenders) and manage supplier selection with business stakeholders.
• Conduct commercial evaluations and recommend suppliers based on total value.
• Lead negotiations, deliver cost savings and support contract drafting and renegotiation with Legal.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and monitor performance through regular reviews.
