QA Auditor / Inspector

About the role

The QA Auditor / Inspector will enforce the contractor’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with contractual specifications, policies, and procedures. This role is essential for maintaining quality standards, inspecting performance, and driving continuous improvement on project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce the contractor’s QMS across all project facets, conduct quality audits, inspections, and reviews, and monitor work activities during regular government hours.
• Perform inspections of completed and ongoing work to verify compliance with specifications, technical requirements, and quality standards, and maintain detailed records and reports.
• Ensure adherence to documented quality processes, safety protocols, and regulations; collaborate to address non‑conformities, develop corrective actions, and support training initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or QA‑related certifications are a plus.
• Minimum three years of experience enforcing QMS in similar large‑scale projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge equal to or exceeding that of personnel performing the inspected work.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet contract medical requirements and maintain compliance throughout deployment.
