Reservation Agent

About the role

The Reservation Agent will be the first point of contact for guests contacting One&Only Le Saint Géran. You will manage the full reservation lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing, timely confirmations, and a seamless arrival experience that reflects the resort’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Process all incoming reservations promptly in the Property Management System (PMS).
• Send confirmations, regrets and replies within 24 hours of receipt.
• Maintain organized reservation files and cancellation records.
• Re‑confirm arrivals 60, 30 and 15 days prior to avoid no‑shows.
• Monitor daily house position and brief the Reservations Manager on any discrepancies.
• Communicate special requests and instructions to relevant departments.
• Apply yield‑management techniques to maximize occupancy and average rate.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to high guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, luxury‑resort environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Property Management System (PMS).
• Knowledge of Yield Management principles.
