Sales Technician – Technical Sales & Maintenance

About the role

Audax is seeking a dynamic Sales Technician to combine technical sales expertise with hands‑on maintenance supervision. You will work both from the office and on‑site, promoting our concrete swimming pool and wastewater‑treatment solutions while ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Audax’s products and services to prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain product features and benefits.
• Conduct site visits, assess client needs, and propose tailored technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, and build lasting relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Oversee the maintenance department, supervising operators and coordinating all maintenance work for pools and treatment plants.
• Ensure maintenance teams have the necessary tools, materials, and safety equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, monitor service interventions, and provide after‑sales technical support.
• Guarantee compliance with company standards and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma‑level qualification in engineering, water treatment, construction or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar technical sales or maintenance role.
• Valid driving licence.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities and deliver proactive solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
