Security Engineer Annotator

About the role

We are seeking a Security Engineer Annotator to work on cybersecurity datasets that train AI models. The role involves analysing code samples, architectural designs and threat scenarios to identify vulnerabilities and label security contexts. You will also validate AI‑generated security recommendations against established standards.

Key responsibilities

• Annotate cybersecurity datasets and threat scenarios for AI training.
• Evaluate secure coding practices and conduct vulnerability assessments.
• Label data related to penetration testing, risk analysis and security controls.
• Review implementations of authentication, encryption and access control.
• Assess AI responses to security threats and provide structured feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or security engineering.
• Strong understanding of secure software development and network security.
• Familiarity with OWASP top‑10 vulnerabilities and common mitigation techniques.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2 and Zero‑Trust Architecture.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CCSP) are a plus.
