Senior Art Director

About the role

Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a Senior Art Director to join its international creative team in Mauritius. You will shape retail and trade marketing experiences, turning brand strategies into compelling in‑store, point‑of‑sale and digital touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for retail marketing, shopper engagement and in‑store experiences.
• Lead the design and production of POS materials, store branding, retail activations and window displays.
• Translate brand strategies into consistent visual expressions across multiple markets and channels.
• Create and adapt assets for digital formats, display advertising and performance marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with strategy, account management and production teams, and present concepts to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and stay informed on retail trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high‑quality design execution.
• Experience in retail and shopper marketing, including POS communications.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Proficiency with Figma for digital asset creation.
