Senior Print Designer

About the role

A leading international marketing and communications organization is looking for a Senior Print Designer to join its global production team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality print artwork and ensuring technical excellence across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure technical and visual excellence of all final artwork and production deliverables.
• Review, optimise and finalise layouts, print files and production materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across print and digital assets.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Production and Account teams to bring concepts to life.
• Manage colour correction, proofing, print approvals and pre‑press processes.
• Perform quality control on typography, image retouching and final artwork.
• Support process improvements, template development and production automation initiatives.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external production partners to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Production or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in print production, final artwork or lithography within an agency or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Interest in emerging technologies, automation and AI‑driven creative workflows.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Deep understanding of pre‑press processes, colour management and proofing.
• Experience with lithography and print production standards.
• Ability to manage colour correction, proofing and print approvals.
