Senior Executive – Salesforce Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Executive Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with stakeholders, administrators, and business teams to turn requirements into scalable, high‑quality applications that enhance processes and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce APIs.
• Customize objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports and dashboards.
• Configure security settings including profiles, permission sets, OWD, roles and sharing rules.
• Integrate Salesforce with third‑party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Collaborate with admins, analysts and end‑users to gather and refine requirements.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews and documentation.
• Troubleshoot performance, security and data‑integrity issues.
• Participate in release management, sandbox testing and production deployments.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Salesforce releases and development best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
