Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior full‑stack product engineer to turn real customer problems in the short‑term rental industry into intuitive, reliable software. You will work directly with founders, designers and property‑managers to shape features from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer workflows, identify friction points and define which problems to solve.
• Design, develop and ship end‑to‑end features across the frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (Python, FastAPI) including testing and deployment.
• Create user‑friendly interfaces in collaboration with designers to simplify complex rental operations.
• Build event‑driven automation pipelines that eliminate repetitive tasks such as cleaning scheduling or guest communications.
• Integrate LLMs and AI agents to automate guest messaging, maintenance triage and pricing decisions.
• Develop and maintain reliable APIs and integrations with platforms like Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio and OpenAI.
• Measure product impact using customer feedback and usage data, iterating to improve adoption and efficiency.
• Make technical decisions that balance speed, maintainability, security and scalability as the platform grows.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and shipping production software in a full‑stack role.
• Ability to work across frontend and backend systems and own the complete product lifecycle.
• Product mindset with curiosity about user needs and willingness to engage directly with customers.
• Strong judgment on usability, scope and technical trade‑offs.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
• Interest in AI, automation and operational efficiency.
