Senior Infrastructure & Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure & Operations Manager to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our enterprise technology environment. This senior position is responsible for ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and performance while driving modernization initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s infrastructure strategy and roadmap.
• Lead cloud adoption, infrastructure modernization, and automation projects.
• Establish standards, governance, and best‑practice operational processes.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of cloud and on‑premise systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Manage monitoring, incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Partner with cybersecurity and risk teams to maintain compliance with security policies and regulations.
• Build, mentor, and lead high‑performing infrastructure and operations teams.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement new infrastructure technologies and solutions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale infrastructure transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and strategic technology initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as AWS, Azure, CISSP, CCNP, VMware, or ITIL (preferred).
