Senior Project Manager

About the role

RAPP, part of Omnicom’s Precision Marketing Group, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of client projects across our marketing, creative, and technology services. You will act as the central hub for internal teams and external vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Define project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure performance using appropriate tools, report status, and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain client relationships, gather detailed briefs, and clarify requirements.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Support the project coordinator in delegating tasks based on team members’ strengths.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex projects in a marketing or agency environment.
• Strong ability to communicate with clients, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a focus on delivering results.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
