Server – Guest Service in Luxury Resort

About the role

The Server will take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in the resort’s restaurants, bars, pool and beach areas. This position is focused on delivering a warm, efficient, and memorable service experience in a luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take guest orders accurately and serve food and drinks promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑presented work area at all times.
• Follow the hotel’s code of conduct, grooming and hygiene standards.
• Assist colleagues during busy periods and participate in briefings and meetings.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and adhere to service standards.
• Perform any additional duties as required by supervisors.
