Services Consultant – HRIS Implementation

About the role

Dayforce is seeking a Services Consultant to lead new client implementations and upgrades of its Cloud HCM platform. The role involves guiding clients through the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful deployment and a smooth transition to ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage implementation projects of varying complexity, ensuring they stay on schedule and meet client expectations.
• Conduct client interviews, perform needs and gap analyses, and translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Design and execute system integration, user‑acceptance testing, and custom solution documentation.
• Provide training, first‑live payroll support, and ensure quality of implementation deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal and external resources, promote teamwork, and resolve issues independently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2‑4 years of experience in customer service, consultancy, payroll processing, or project coordination.
• Exposure to basic project‑management principles and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud HRIS platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, XML, and relational databases.
• Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, Oracle HR/Payroll.
• Ability to implement HRIS solutions end‑to‑end.
