Services Project Manager

About the role

Dayforce is seeking a Services Project Manager to lead customer‑specific engagements that implement its Cloud HCM platform. The role operates in a hybrid environment, combining remote work with visits to the nearest office, and focuses on delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Plan, track, and communicate project progress, milestones, and risks.
• Leverage global matrixed resources to maximize productivity and outcomes.
• Apply Dayforce implementation methodology throughout the project lifecycle.
• Set and manage customer expectations regarding scope, timelines, governance, and organizational readiness.
• Present and obtain sign‑off on deliverables such as kickoff, discovery documents, status reports, UAT, support transitions, and project closure.
• Facilitate smooth hand‑over to Support teams after go‑live.
• Participate in project health checks, post‑go‑live reviews, and continuous improvement of methodology, templates, and tools.
• Mentor consultants on workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and best practices.
• Prepare and manage Change Requests for scope or timeline adjustments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a matrixed environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to support varied working hours, including night‑shift operations.
