Shop Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Shop Manager will lead the daily operations of a luxury retail store in Moka, ensuring the environment reflects the high standards of brands such as Lacoste, Longchamp and Lancel. This full‑time, on‑site position combines team leadership, sales performance, and exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures, stock management and visual merchandising to maintain brand presentation.
• Lead, train and motivate the store team, set sales targets and monitor performance against objectives.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalations, delivering personalized premium service.
• Coordinate with head office on promotions, brand guidelines and prepare regular reports on sales, inventory and store performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards and drive continuous improvement of store processes.

Required profile

• Proven store and operations management experience in retail, preferably luxury or fashion.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Strong customer service background with a focus on premium client interactions.
• Leadership, coaching and problem‑solving abilities, flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Experience with visual merchandising and brand presentation.
• Ability to analyze sales figures, manage inventory and use basic retail management systems or POS software.
