Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure our digital gaming platforms deliver high-quality service and maximum uptime. You will work closely with developers and infrastructure engineers to design, build and operate reliable, scalable services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential points of failure and define tolerances for system outages.
• Own availability, performance, monitoring, incident response and overall service management of owned platforms.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to embed operational deliverables such as monitoring, logging and run‑books.
• Design, build and automate tools and processes that improve scalability, availability and performance.
• Develop and run tools to inject, predict and detect infrastructure and service failures.

Required profile

• Experience in site reliability engineering or related operations roles.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams to improve service reliability.
• Understanding of how to design systems that degrade gracefully under failure.
