Social Media & Communication Executive

About the role

The Social Media & Communication Executive will support daily management of the brand’s social media and communication activities for Heritage Resorts. Based in Bel Ombre, the role creates and publishes engaging content, assists digital campaigns and ensures all communication aligns with the brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing the monthly social media content calendar.
• Create, write, schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Produce short‑form videos and reels using tools such as CapCut, Canva and Adobe Express.
• Capture on‑property visuals of hotel experiences, F&B, wellness, events and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Support organic and paid digital campaigns, preparing captions, visuals and short videos for each platform.
• Manage community engagement by monitoring comments, messages and mentions, responding professionally and escalating issues when needed.
• Monitor guest reviews on Google Reviews, TripAdvisor and similar channels.
• Coordinate with influencers and content creators, handling tagging guidelines and approvals.
• Draft simple communication copy for newsletters, blogs, website updates and in‑situ communication.
• Prepare monthly social media reports covering reach, engagement, follower growth and campaign performance.
• Maintain an organized archive of approved assets and support the communication team during events and shoots.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in social media, communication, hospitality, lifestyle, agency or content creation is an advantage.
• Strong interest or experience in creating short‑form video content for Reels, Stories and TikTok‑style videos.
