Digital Marketing & Growth Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing & Growth Manager will lead all digital initiatives to raise awareness, engage audiences and drive visitor growth for Curious Mauritius. Based on‑site in Chamarel, the role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution across social, email and paid channels, while aligning growth tactics with the brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid media) that support brand positioning and visitor goals.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content while managing social media communities.
• Track campaign performance, analyse data and optimise conversion funnels to increase ticket sales and repeat visits.
• Oversee web analytics to understand visitor behaviour, refine messaging and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with creative, operations and partnership teams on promotions, special activations and loyalty programmes.

Required profile

• Strong background in digital marketing with proven ability to plan, execute and optimise campaigns.
• Experience managing social media platforms, growing communities and producing compelling content.
• Proficiency in lead‑generation strategies and nurturing potential visitors.
• Ability to work with web analytics tools to interpret data and guide growth decisions.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, attractions, entertainment or consumer brands is preferred.
