Solutions Manager – Lead Development & Innovation

About the role

Dayforce is looking for a highly motivated Solutions Manager to lead a team of developers within the Innovation Solutions group. You will combine technical leadership, people management, and solution delivery to build tools, automations, and scalable platforms that support internal functions such as Services, Implementation, Customer Success, and Support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Design and deliver scalable tools, automations, and solutions for multiple internal business functions.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle from ideation to deployment and ongoing support.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities and translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Establish best practices in architecture, coding standards, testing, deployment, and security.
• Promote agile methodologies and a continuous delivery mindset.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing and leading software development teams.
• Strong technical background with hands‑on experience in Python, C#, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React).
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and AI/ML technologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills.
